Front (B2200 & B2600I 2WD)

  1. Remove caliper assembly and suspend with rope. Loosen wheel bearing nut then tighten to 14-22 ft. lbs. (19-30 N.m). Rotate wheel a few times. Loosen wheel bearing nut then tighten by hand.
  2. Using spring scale attached to wheel stud, measure bearing preload. Tighten wheel bearing nut until bearing preload (initial turning torque) is 1.3-2.4 lbs. (6-11 N). Install remaining components.
