Trailing Arms & Lateral Links: Removal
- Raise and support vehicle. Remove wheel assembly. Disconnect stabilizer bar from forward lateral link. Remove adjusting bolt connecting lateral links to crossmember. Remove bolt connecting lateral links to knuckle assembly. Remove lateral links.
- On MX-6 and 626 models, remove bolt attaching trailing arm to knuckle assembly. On Protege and 323, remove bolt attaching trailing arm to strut. On all models, remove trailing arm-to-body bolt. Remove trailing arm.
