Condition "A"
Turn ignition on. Turn steering wheel straight ahead and monitor voltmeter output pattern. A zero-pulse pattern (zero volt) indicates a normal pattern or a wiring harness failure. See AAS-3 in TROUBLE SHOOTING . If voltmeter pulses in pattern of 2 pulses followed by a 2-second pause, check steering wheel angle sensor or related wiring harness. See AAS-2 in TROUBLE SHOOTING .
