Continuity Check

Using air pressure, check oil pressure switch. With air pressure less than 7.1 psi (.5 kg/cm2 ), switch should be closed. With air pressure above 42.7 psi (3.0 kg/cm2 ), switch will remain open until pressure drops to less than 7.1 psi (.5 kg/cm2 ). See Fig 1 .
