Speed Sensor

The Mazda AAS speed sensor checks speedometer cable revolution and generates electrical pulses that are sent to the control unit. These pulsations are counted by the control unit to determine vehicle speed. As an anti-roll funtion, the speed sensor works in conjunction with the angle sensor to report fast turn situations to the control unit so that the "Very Firm" mode can be activated.
