Accelerator Switch

Also known as the "Kickdown" switch, this unit monitors the accelerator pedal position and reports to the control unit when approximately 83% of full throttle has been reached. Upon activation, the switch signals the control unit to respond by adjusting all shocks to the "Very Firm" position. This sequence, designed as an anti-squat function, occurs at speeds below 30 MPH regardless of control switch position.
