Removal & Disassembly

Remove lower timing cover, timing belt pulley and oil pan. Remove oil strainer and remove oil pump from engine block. Remove screws on oil pump cover with impact driver. Remove pump cover, outer gear, inner gear and split pin. Remove plunger assembly and oil seal.
