Governor Pressure Test
- Governor pressure test need only be used if vehicle shift speeds are different than specifications. Install pressure gauge in governor pressure port on transmission case. Use Pipe Adapter (49 HO75 406) to connect both pressure gauge and governor pipe at same time.
- Read pressure with vehicle running at speeds indicated. See HYDRAULIC PRESSURE SPECIFICATIONS . If not within specifications, disassemble and clean governor assembly. Repeat tests after reinstalling governor.
