Governor Valve Assembly: Inspection
Check valve and body for valve sticking or catching. Ensure that spring has not lost tension. See GOVERNOR VALVE SPRING SPECIFICATIONS table. Ensure retainer plates are not deformed. Replace assembly as necessary.
