Band Servo Piston: Disassembly

Remove bolts or snap ring retaining band servo assembly to transmission. Remove cover or piston as an assembly. Use care as some pistons are under spring pressure. If servo is difficult to remove from case, apply air pressure to oil hole. See Fig 1 -Fig 4 .
