Temperature Gauge
- Remove temperature sending unit wire connector. Connect Red lead of Checker (49 0839 285) to terminal of connector. Connect Black lead of checker to body ground. SeeFig 1 .
- Set checker to resistance values as shown. SeeFig 1 . See TEMPERATURE GAUGE RESISTANCE - 323 MODELS or TEMPERATURE GAUGE RESISTANCE - 626 MODELS chart. If amount of segments that light up do not agree with resistances set in checker, replace gauge.
