Disassembly & Reassembly
Draw out one-way clutch by removing snap ring from each end. Remove outer race snap ring and draw outer race rearward out of drum. Inspect one-way clutch for undue wear or damage. Check contacting surfaces of inner and outer races. When reassembling one-way clutch, ensure that arrow mark is fitted towards front of vehicle. See Fig 1.
