Governor Pressure Test
- Governor pressure test should only be used if vehicle shift speeds are different than those indicated in Shift Speed Chart. Connect pressure gauge to governor pressure port on transmission case. Read pressure with vehicle running at speeds indicated in GOVERNOR PRESSURE SPECIFICATIONS table under HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TEST SPECIFICATIONS. If pressures are incorrect, disassemble and clean governor assembly.
