Piston & Rod Assembly: Removal

Remove oil pan, cylinder head, and oil pump. Make sure connecting rods are marked so they are replaced in their original positions, then remove rod caps. Push piston and rod assembly out of top of cylinder. Take care not to damage bearing journal.
