Removal (RX4 & Cosmo)

Remove steering wheel, column shrouding and combination switch. Remove 2 bolts mounting steering column bracket to instrument panel. Move shaft out from instrument panel about 1" (.039 mm). Put a groove in bolt attaching steering lock body to column shaft and remove bolt. Steering lock should be free to remove.
