Removal & Installation; RX4 & Cosmo

Remove steering wheel. Remove steering column shrouding. Remove set screw holding key cylinder. Insert key into cylinder and place in "ON" position. Push in on lock button and pull out key with cylinder. Reverse removal procedure to install key cylinder.
