Valve Guide Servicing: Removal
Remove cylinder head and valves. Rest cylinder head with machined face down on a clean bench. Drive valve guide down into combustion chamber with a suitable drift. Drift should be hardened steel not more than 9/16" (14 mm) in diameter and not less than 4" (102 mm) in length with a starting diameter of 5/16" (8 mm).
