Transmission Support Insulator: Installation

Loosely install a new roll restrictor bolt. Use the General Equipment: Vise

Install the transmission support insulator, new bolts and install the wiring harness retainer.
Torque

: 66 lb.ft (90 Nm)

Install the transmission support insulator.
1. Install a new bolt.
  Torque
  
  : 111 lb.ft (150 Nm)
2. Tighten the bolt.
  Torque
  
  : 85 lb.ft (115 Nm)

1. Install the transmission support insulator bracket and new bolts.
  Torque
  
  : 66 lb.ft (90 Nm)
2. Install a new transmission support insulator bracket bolt.
  Torque
  
  : 97 lb.in (11 Nm)

NOTE: RH shown, LH similar.

Install the RH and LH cowl filler panels and the retainers.

Position the ground wire and hose support, install the bolts. Attach the wire harness retainers to the studbolts and the hose support.
Torque

: 18 lb.ft (24 Nm)

Connect the PCV tube.

Install the vacuum harness pressure sensor and the bolt.
Torque

: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

Install the following items:
1. Install the RHCAC intake pipe. Refer to: Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Intake Pipe 2.7L EcoBoost .
2. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe RH 2.7L EcoBoost .
3. Refer to: Battery Tray .
4. Refer to: Cowl Panel Grille .
