Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) Oil Control Solenoid: Removal

RH (right-hand) Variable Camshaft Timing (VCT) Oil Control Solenoids 

1. • Remove the nut.

     Torque: 42 lb.in (4.8 Nm)

   • Remove the bolt and remove the engine appearance cover.

     Torque: 93 lb.in (10.5 Nm)

2. Disconnect the electrical connectors, remove the bolts and the RH VCT oil control solenoids.

   Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)

3. • Remove the nut.

     Torque: 42 lb.in (4.8 Nm)

   • Remove the bolt and remove the engine appearance cover.
