Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) Sensor: Removal

NOTE: During engine repair procedures, cleanliness is extremely important. Any foreign material, including any material created while cleaning gasket surfaces, that enters the oil passages, coolant passages or the oil pan, can cause engine failure.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

- Remove the nut.
  Torque: 42 lb.in (4.8 Nm)
- Remove the bolt and remove the engine appearance cover.
  Torque: 93 lb.in (10.5 Nm)

Remove the RH air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe RH 2.7L EcoBoost .
Remove the RH CAC intake pipe. Refer to: Charge Air Cooler (CAC) Intake Pipe 2.7L EcoBoost .
Disconnect the EOP sensor electrical connector.

Remove the EOP sensor.
Torque: 24 lb.ft (33 Nm)
