Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor: Removal

NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- Remove the coolant outlet connector. Refer to: Coolant Outlet Connector 2.7L EcoBoost .
- Disconnect the ECT sensor electrical connector.

NOTE: Do not reuse the ECT sensor, install a new sensor.
Remove and discard the ECT sensor.
Torque: 142 lb.in (16 Nm)
