Cooler Bypass Valve: Removal

- Remove the battery tray. Refer to: Battery Tray

NOTE: Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.
Completely loosen the transmission fluid cooler tube fittings and disconnect the transmission fluid cooler tubes from the cooler bypass valve.
Torque
: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)

NOTE: Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.
Completely loosen the transmission fluid cooler tube fittings.
Torque
: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)
- Loosen the nut and remove the cooler bypass valve.
Torque
: 124 lb.in (14 Nm)
