Active Park Assist Switch: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. WARNING: Before beginning any service procedure in this service information, refer to Health and Safety Precautions . Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury.
  2. Remove the FCIM. Refer to: Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) - Vehicles With: Touchscreen Display . Refer to: Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) - Vehicles With: Harman Revel Audio System .
  3. Remove the retainers and position the FCIM side trim panel aside.

  4. Disconnect the electrical connector and the remove the active park assist switch.
