Transmission Fluid Cooler: Removal

NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to: Front Bumper Cover .
- Remove the LH fender splash shield. Refer to: Fender Splash Shield .
- Detach the wire connector and wiring harness retainers.
- Remove the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler tube assembly bracket bolt.
Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)

NOTE: Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.
Release the clamps and disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler hoses.
- Remove the bolts and the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler, the bracket and the air dam as an assembly.
Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
- Remove the nuts, bolts, washers and the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler.
Torque: 80 lb.in (9 Nm)
