Cooling Module: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. NOTE: Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

    Install new condenser fitting O-ring seals.

    Material: Motorcraft® PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil / YN-12-D (WSH-M1C231-B)

  3. Fill and bleed the cooling system. REFER to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
