Turbocharger Oil Supply Tube - RH: Installation

1.

Install the new turbocharger oil tube assembly O-ring seal. Lubricate the new turbocharger oil tube assembly O-ring seal with clean engine oil.

2.

Inspect the turbocharger oil supply tube-to-engine block fitting and replace as needed. Tighten to 42 Nm (31 lb-ft).

NOTE: Lubricate the cylinder block bore with clean engine oil.

Install the turbocharger oil tube assembly and install the turbocharger oil tube assembly lower bolt.
- Tighten the turbocharger oil tube assembly lower bolt in the following 2 stages.
  - Tighten to 8 Nm (71 lb-in).
  - Tighten an additional 30 degrees.

Install the Starter Motor, refer to Starting System .

5.

Install the Turbocharger - RH, refer to Turbocharger - RH .
