Pinpoint Test R : The APIM Does Not Acknowledge Voice Commands And Outgoing Audio Is Not Transmitted During A Phone Call: Notes

Normal Operation 

Refer to SYNC ® System and Voice Recognition in Information and Entertainment System .

DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
B1D79:11 Microphone Input: Circuit Short To Ground Set by the APIM when a short to ground is detected on the microphone circuits during the on-demand self-test.
B1D79:12 Microphone Input: Circuit Short To Battery Set by the APIM when a short to battery voltage is detected during the on-demand self-test.
B1D79:13 Microphone Input: Circuit Open Set by the APIM when an open is detected on the microphone circuits during the on-demand self-test.
