Normal Operation and Fault Conditions
If the audio DSP module detects an open, short to ground, or less than 3.5 volts on the enable circuit from the ACM, the output is muted for all speakers. A short to ground or short to voltage in the circuitry to one of the speakers may cause multiple speakers to lose sound due to the built-in overload protection feature of the audio DSP module. In this case, a speaker fault DTC sets.
