Coolant Crossover Manifold Assembly: Removal

1.

Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding .

2.

Remove the Intake Manifold. For additional information, refer to Engine 3.5L GTDI .

3.

Release the clamp and disconnect the heater hose from the coolant crossover manifold assembly.

Remove the 3 bolts and the coolant crossover manifold assembly.

5.

Remove and discard the gaskets.
