Transmission Fluid Cooler Hoses: Installation

All vehicles

1.

Position the transmission fluid cooler hoses, install the bolt and close the latches.
- Tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).

2.

Connect the transmission fluid cooler tubes fittings.

3.

Install the transmission fluid cooler tube secondary latches.

4.

Position the lower air deflector, install the pushpins and rotate the 1/4-turn retainers.

Vehicles without an auxiliary transmission fluid cooler

5.

Connect the hoses to the transmission fluid cooler and position the clamps.

Vehicles with an auxiliary transmission fluid cooler

Connect the transmission fluid cooler hoses to the transmission fluid coolers and position the clamps.

7.

Install the transmission fluid cooler-to-transmission auxiliary fluid cooler hose and position the clamps.

All vehicles

8.

Install the front bumper cover. Refer to Bumpers .

9.

Fill the transmission with fluid and verify correct operation. Refer to Automatic Transmission 6R80 .
