Safety Belt Retractor and Pretensioner: Removal

Both Sides
- 1.
Depower the SRS. For additional information, refer to Supplemental Restraint System .

Remove the B-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to Interior Trim and Ornamentation .
LH Side
- 3.
If equipped, remove the power running board module. For additional information, refer to Exterior Trim and Ornamentation .
Both Sides

Disconnect the safety belt electrical connector.
- 2.
Remove the bolt and the safety belt retractor and pretensioner.- To install, tighten to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).
