Air Conditioning (A/C) Clutch Air Gap Adjustment

Check the A/C clutch air gap at 3 equally spaced places between the clutch plate and the A/C clutch pulley.- Air gap clearance 0.3-0.6 mm (0.012-0.024 in)

Using the universal clutch holding tool, hold the A/C clutch disc and hub, remove the A/C clutch disc and bolt. Add or remove spacers between the clutch plate hub and the compressor shaft until the clearance is within specification.- Tighten to 18 Nm (159 lb-in)
