Trailing Arm - Upper: Installation

NOTE: Do not tighten the bolt at this time.

Install the upper trailing arm and loosely install the new upper trailing arm-to-frame bolt and flagnut.

NOTE: Do not tighten the bolt at this time.

Loosely install the new upper trailing arm-to-wheel knuckle bolt.

3.

Install the wheel and tire. For additional information, refer to Wheels and Tires .

4.

Lower the vehicle so that the weight of the vehicle is resting on the wheel and tires.

5.

Tighten the upper trailing arm-to-frame bolt and flagnut to 275 Nm (203 lb-ft).

6.

Tighten the upper trailing arm-to-wheel knuckle bolt to 250 Nm (184 lb-ft).
