Battery Current Sensor: Removal

Remove the nut and position the negative battery cable terminal aside, disconnect the battery current sensor electrical connector and the battery current sensor retainer from the battery cable.
- To install, tighten nut to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

NOTE: Note the orientation and position of the battery current sensor tape tab.

Index-mark the battery cable at the battery current sensor. Remove and discard the tape securing the battery current sensor to the battery cable and remove the battery current sensor.
