Removal And Installation

NOTE: This procedure applies to both the stand-alone satellite radio antenna and the combination satellite radio/Global Positioning System(GPS) antenna.

  1. 1.

    Remove the RH A-pillar trim panel. For additional information, refer to Interior Trim and Ornamentation .

  1. 2.

    Remove the 3 screws and the RH sun visor.
    • Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped.

  1. 3.

    Disconnect the satellite radio antenna electrical connector.

  1. 4.

    Lower the headliner enough to gain access to the satellite radio antenna bolt.

  1. 5.

    Loosen the bolt and remove the satellite radio antenna.
    • To install, tighten the bolt to 7 Nm (62 lb-in).

  1. 6.

    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
