Pinpoint Test AP : The Cruise Control RECONFIGURABLE Telltale (RTT) Is Never On

AP1 CHECK THE CRUISE CONTROL OPERATION
- Operate the cruise control.
Does the cruise control operate correctly?

Yes GO to AP2.

No REFER to Cruise Control .

AP2 CHECK THE RECONFIGURABLE TELLTALE (RTT) FUNCTION
- Close all doors and the liftgate.
- Ignition ON.
- NOTE: If multiple warnings are present, the message center cycles through each of the warning indicators. Allow the message center to cycle through each display while determining whether the door ajar Reconfigurable Telltale (RTT) is active.
  
  Open the driver door while monitoring the door ajar Reconfigurable Telltale (RTT).
Does the driver door ajar Reconfigurable Telltale (RTT) turn off with the driver door closed and illuminate with the driver door open?

Yes GO to AP3.

No GO to Pinpoint Test AQ .

AP3 PERFORM THE PCM KOEO SELF-TEST
- Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the PCM KOEO self-test.
Are any PCM DTCs recorded?

Yes REFER to Electronic Engine Controls .

No GO to AP4.

AP4 PERFORM THE IPC SELF-TEST

Using a diagnostic scan tool, perform the IPC self-test.

Are any DTCs recorded?

Yes	REFER to DTC Chart: IPC .
No	INSTALL a new PCM. REFER to Electronic Engine Controls .
