Engine Oil Pressure (EOP) Switch: Installation

1.

NOTE: If the oil pressure switch is to be reused, apply thread sealant.

Install the EOP switch.
- Tighten to 159 lb.in (18 Nm).

Connect the oil pressure switch electrical connector.

If equipped, connect the block heater electrical connector and wire harness retainer.

4.

Install the turbocharger inlet tube and connect the turbocharger inlet tube into the grommet. Tighten the clamp at the turbocharger.

5.

Install the LH turbocharger outlet tube.

Install the LH turbocharger outlet tube to the CAC.

Install the retainers, install the pushpins and the lower air deflector.

Connect the quick connect couplings and connect the turbocharger bypass tube. Refer to Fuel System General Information

  Connect the PCV pressure sensor electrical connector.

  Connect the PCV tube quick connect couplings. Refer to Fuel System General Information

10.

Install the Air Cleaner(ACL) outlet pipe. Refer to Intake Air Distribution and Filtering .

11.

Install the engine appearance cover.

12.

If equipped, install the skid plate and the bolts.

If equipped, install the quarter-turn retainers, attach the pushpins and install the lower air deflector.

Install the underbody splash shield and the retainers.
