Removal And Installation: Clockspring: Removal

WARNING: The following procedure prescribes critical repair steps required. For correct restraint system operation during a crash. Follow all notes and steps carefully. NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the following items:

    1. Refer to: Steering Wheel .
    2. Refer to: Steering Column Shrouds .

  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

  3. Remove the 4 screws and the clockspring.
