Pinpoint Test B: Powertrain Control Module (Pcm) Power Relay: Introduction

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- harness circuits: B+, INJPWRM, ISP-R, PCMRC, and VPWR
- PCM power relay (12A646)
- PCM (12A650)
