Pinpoint Test C : DTCS P0937:12, P0937:14.

C1 CHECK FOR DCMR DTCS
- Enter the following diagnostic mode: DCMR Self-Test.
Are any DTCs present?

Yes For DTC P0937:12, GO to C2For DTC P0937:14, GO to C5
For all other DTCs, REFER to the DTC chart.

No System is operating correctly at this time, if an observable symptom is present refer to the symptom chart.

C2 CHECK THE OIL TEMPERATURE/PRESSURE SENSOR RESISTANCE

Ignition OFF.

Disconnect Oil Temperature/pressure Sensor C379 .

Measure:

Positive Lead	Measurement / Action	Negative Lead

Is the resistance between 1500 and 2500 ohms?

Yes

GO to C3

No	INSTALL a new HCU.

C3 CHECK THE OIL TEMPERATURE/PRESSURE SENSOR CIRCUIT FOR SHORT TO VOLTAGE

Disconnect DCMR C3396 .

Ignition ON.

Measure:

Is any voltage detected?

Yes	REPAIR the circuit.

GO to C4

C4 CHECK THE OIL TEMPERATURE/PRESSURE SENSOR

Ignition OFF.

Measure:

Is the resistance greater than 5 ohms?

Yes

GO to C7

No	INSTALL a new HCU. REFER to: Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU) .

C5 CHECK THE OIL TEMPERATURE/PRESSURE CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN

Ignition OFF.

Disconnect DCMR C3396 .

Measure:

Is the resistance less than 3 ohms?

Yes

GO to C6

No	REPAIR the circuit. CLEAR the DTCs.

C6 CHECK THE OIL TEMPERATURE/PRESSURE CIRCUIT FOR A SHORT TO GROUND

Ignition OFF.

Measure:

Is the resistance greater than 10, 000 ohms?

Yes

GO to C7

No	REPAIR the circuit. CLEAR the DTCs.

C7 CHECK FOR CORRECT DCMR (DIFFERENTIAL CONTROL MODULE REAR) OPERATION

Disconnect and inspect all DCMR connectors.

Disconnect and inspect all eLSD HCU connectors.

Repair:
- corrosion (install new connectors or terminals - clean module pins)
- damaged or bent pins - install new terminals/pins
- pushed-out pins - install new pins as necessary

Reconnect all the DCMR connectors and make sure they seat and latch correctly.

Reconnect all the eLSD HCU connectors and make sure they seat and latch correctly.

Operate the system and determine if the concern is still present.

Is the concern still present?

Yes	CHECK OASIS for any applicable Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs). If a TSB exists for this concern, DISCONTINUE this test and FOLLOW TSB instructions. If no Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) address this concern, INSTALL a new DCMR. REFER to: Differential Control Module Rear (DCMR) .

No	The system is operating correctly at this time. The concern may have been caused by module connections. ADDRESS the root cause of any connector or pin issues.
