Front Bumper Cover: Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
Remove the front wheels and tires. Refer to: Wheel and Tire .
Remove the retainers and the underbody shield.

Remove the pin-type retainers, the screws and the lower radiator air deflector.

NOTE: On both sides.

Remove the screws and position the fender liner aside.

Disconnect the front bumper cover wiring harness electrical connector.

Remove the push pin.

Remove the front bumper cover to fender bolts.

Remove the headlamp assembly. Refer to: Headlamp Assembly .
Release the tabs and position the hood lock handle aside.

Remove the front bumper cover push pins and the screws.
Torque

: 35 lb.in (4 Nm)

With the help of an assistant.
1. Remove the front bumper cover screws.
  Torque
  
  : 35 lb.in (4 Nm)
2. Release the tabs and remove the front bumper cover.
