Rear Bumper Cover - 4-Door: Disassembly

  1. Remove the rear bumper cover. Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover - 4-Door  .
  2. If equipped, disconnect and remove the rear bumper cover wiring harness.

  3. NOTE: In four places.

    Remove the rear park aid sensors.

  4. Remove the screws and the SODR and SODL.

  5. Remove the side obstacle detection module brackets.

    1. Remove the push pins.
    2. Separate the bracket from the rear bumper cover.
    3. Remove and discard the two sided tape.

  6. NOTE: On both sides.

    Release the tabs and remove the rear reflector.

  7. Release the tabs and remove the lower rear bumper cover.
