Front Bumper Cover - RS: Disassembly

  1. Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to: Front Bumper Cover - RS  .
  2. Remove the pin-type retainers and remove the hood seal.

  3. Disconnect the electrical connectors, wiring harness retainers and remove the front bumper cover harness.

  4. Remove the push nuts, release the clips and the tabs. Remove the front bumper cover reinforcement.

  5. Release the clips, remove the front bumper grill frame and mesh grille.

  6. Release the clips, release the tabs and remove the front bumper grill frame and mesh grille.

  7. Release the tabs, remove the tow hook cover and the front bumper center grill.

  8. Remove the trim pins, release the tabs and remove the front bumper trim panel.

  9. On both sides. Release the tabs and remove the fog lamp bezel. Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

  10. On both sides. Remove the push nuts and the outer mesh grille.

  11. On both sides. Remove the fog lamp assembly.

    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Release the tabs and remove the fog lamp assembly.

  12. Remove the push nuts and the front bumper emblem. Use the General Equipment: Hot Air Gun
