Exterior Front Door Handle: Removal

  1. Remove the exterior door handle bezel bolt cover and loosen, but do not remove the exterior door handle bezel bolt.

    1. Pull outward and remove the exterior door handle bezel.
    2. If equipped, remove the door lock cylinder.

    Vehicles without keyless entry 

    1. Pull the exterior door handle outward.
    2. Remove the exterior door handle.

    Vehicles with keyless entry 

    1. Pull the exterior door handle outward.
    2. Position aside the exterior door handle.

  5. Route the harness through the door.

  6. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the exterior door handle.
