Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The PDM receives the obstacle detection indicator command from the SODR module over the MS-CAN. The side obstacle detection indicator is inoperative if the PDM does not receive the data.

PDM DTC Fault Trigger Conditions 

DTC Description Fault Trigger Conditions
U0233:00 Lost Communication With Side Obstacle Detection Control Module - Right: No Sub-Type Information Sets when the PDM detects data messages missing from the SODR module.
