Removal And Installation: Fender: Installation

- Position the fender on the vehicle and loosely install the fender-to-apron bolts.
- Loosely install the upper A-pillar bolt.
- Loosely install the lower A-pillar bolt.
- Loosely install the lower rear fender bolts.
- Loosely install the front fender bracket bolts.
- Loosely install the fender-to-bumper cover bolts.
- Adjust the fender to specification. Refer to: Body and Frame .
- Tighten all fender fasteners.
Torque
: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
- Install the door frame moulding.
- Install the fender-to-A-pillar baffle.
- Install the fender splash shield. Refer to: FENDER SPLASH SHIELD
- Install the rocker panel moulding. Refer to: Rocker Panel Moulding .
- Install the cowl filler panel.
- Install the headlamp assembly. Refer to: Headlamp Assembly .
- Install the cowl panel grille. Refer to: Cowl Panel Grille .
