Front Door Window Regulator: Removal

  1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to: FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL
  2. Remove the front door speaker.

    • Disconnect the front door speaker electrical connector and position aside the wiring harness.

    • Remove the retainers and remove the front door speaker.

  3. Position aside the wiring harness and remove the front door watershield.

  4. Install the front door window control switch and lower the glass to 2/3 down position.

  5. Release the retaining clips from front door window glass. Use the General Equipment: Flat Headed Screw Driver

  6. Tape the front door window glass in place. Use the General Equipment: Adhesive Tape

  7. Remove the front door window regulator.

    • Disconnect the electrical connector and the position aside the wiring harness.

    • Remove the nuts and the bolt.
