Rear Door: Removal

- Door hinge-to-door bolt 00813

- Upper door hinge 5422800 RH /5422801 LH
- Door hinge pivot bolt W715222
  Torque
  
  : 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)
- Door hinge-to-body bolt (2 required) W715683
  Torque
  
  : 26 lb.ft (35 Nm)
- Door check assembly 5827204
- Door check assembly nuts (2 required) W520201
  Torque
  
  : 97 lb.in (11 Nm)
- Lower door hinge 5826802 RH /5826803 LH

Remove the door check bolt from the B-pillar and position aside the door check.
Torque

: 16 lb.ft (22 Nm)

Support the door.
Remove the lower door hinge pivot bolt.
Torque

: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)

Remove the upper door hinge pivot bolt.
Torque

: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)

Position the door slightly away from the vehicle.
Position the wiring harness boot aside and disconnect the door wiring harness electrical connector.

Remove the door.
