Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

See Cruise Control RTT Indicator. REFER to: Warning Chimes - System Operation and Component Description .

NOTE: If DTC U0100:00 sets in the IPC, other observable symptoms can be an inoperative speedometer, tachometer or odometer.

If the cruise control status message is missing or invalid for 400 milliseconds, the BCM and the IPC set DTC U0100:00. If the cruise control status message is missing, the IPC defaults the cruise control indicator on until a valid message is received.
