Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

Possible Sources 

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Make sure that the parking brake warning chime operation is verified with the vehicle moving at least with the parking brake slightly applied (just enough to turn the brake warning indicator on without damaging the rear brakes).
